Matt Ferguson began serving as the Lead Pastor of HRCC in May of 2025. Born and raised in Clearwater, FL, Matt has had a heart for pastoral ministry since he was a teenager. Matt loves helping others grow in their joy of God by helping them see, savor, and share the glory of Jesus Christ in all of life. He earned a MBA from University of South Florida in 2019, followed by a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Bethlehem College & Seminary in 2023 and a Master of Theology (ThM) in 2025. Matt married Christy in 2016, and they have three sons and a daughter who keep them busy. He enjoys reading, personal finance, and pizza of all qualities. Some of his favorite activities include having good conversations over coffee and spending quality time outdoors with friends and family.

Ben Stritesky is a lay pastor, leading worship and discipleship. Hutchinson is his hometown, graduating from HHS in 2005 and returning to the area in 2017. In 2008, he graduated from Boyce College with a BA in Biblical and Theological Studies. He is passionate about worship music and biblical teaching with solid doctrinal content. Ben married Jessica in 2008 and works full time in healthcare IT. He loves biking in the warm months and rowing in winter. Also, hiking in the mountains is often on his mind and travel plans. The music of Andrew Peterson and teaching of John Piper have deeply influenced his personal life and ministry.
